Project Description

Our mandate for this couple in their fifties was to create terraces on the ground floor and the first floor. At the upper level (first floor), there should be enough room to place a dining table for 6 people, install a barbecue and a coffee table. Privacy versus neighbors was also important, so we proposed the installation of louvers that could be adjusted to the angle of the sun. The terrace we built is made of composite materials so that it requires minimal maintenance and is very durable. A tempered glass window has been placed on the floor, allowing the light for the lower level living space to pass through. We took care to keep the view towards the river.

The lower level, on the ground, is the outdoor lounge and spa area. Guests have furnished this terrace with rattan outdoor furniture. The view towards the river is also preserved on this floor. You can also admire the composite paneling that covers the underside of the upper terrace.
