We cover a territory extending from the entire South Shore of Montreal to Montreal and the Eastern Townships. The company has been established in the heart of the Montérégie region since 1980, and offers its clients a complete range of personalized landscaping services. Over the years, the company has acquired an enviable reputation and has established itself as a leader in landscaping in Quebec.

Paysages Rodier is a family-owned company based in Saint-Hyacinthe. Our team of 35 passionate professionals puts design and quality at the heart of every project. From complete backyards with outdoor kitchens to charming green lawns, we create truly unique outdoor spaces!
We value workmanship, customer service, teamwork, and organization, but we also enjoy sharing a few laughs along the way! 😄

YOUR MISSION:
Lead a landscaping crew of two to four people in completing projects that include:
- Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials, as well as installing ground cover.
- Installing pavers and retaining wall blocks (because great landscaping starts with a solid foundation).
- Grading and levelling terrain.
- Installing sod.
YOUR IDEAL PROFILE:
- Good physical fitness, let’s be honest, it’s a free workout! 💪
- Comfortable operating small mechanical equipment, such as concrete saws, motorized wheelbarrows, mini excavators, and plate compactors, you’ll be the one leading the way!
- Able to drive a dump truck with a trailer (a Class 5 driver’s licence is all you need).
- Comfortable leading and working as part of a team (because everything is more enjoyable when we work together!).
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Permanent seasonal position.
- Stable daytime schedule (Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., except on rare occasions).
- Competitive salary, based on your experience and skills. 💰
- 40 to 50 hours per week, with overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours.

- Install sod.
- Depending on the team you work with, you may also assist with carpentry, water features, and landscape lighting.
