We carry out this type of work as part of complete landscaping projects.

Our approach is based on a comprehensive vision of the property, allowing us to ensure consistency, durability, and the overall quality of the final result. As such, these services are not offered on a stand alone basis.

A landscape design plan outlines the complete layout of the outdoor spaces, including the patio, pool, spa, walkways, planting areas, lighting and other elements included in the project. It also specifies the dimensions, elevations, materials and plant selections.

This comprehensive plan ensures that every element works together harmoniously, resulting in a cohesive and functional outdoor space tailored to the property. Depending on the project, 3D renderings may also be created to help clients visualize the final results before construction begins.

A landscape design plan provides a clear overview of the entire project before construction begins. It helps organize the different spaces, plan how people will move through them and create harmony between the materials, plants and features such as the pool, patio or pergola.

It also helps anticipate site constaints and technical considerations, allowing for informed decisions and ensuring a cohesive overall design. This comprehensive vision is central to our approach to landscape architecture.

The design process begins with a consultation to understand your needs, preferences, lifestyle and the unique features of your property. Our team then takes measurements and assesses the site before exploring different design possibilities.

The design is presented through 2D plans, along with a selection of materials and plants and a detailed quote for the construction work. Upon request, 3D renderings can also be created to help you better visualize the project before construction begins.

Design fees vary from one project to another, depending on the site conditions, level of complexity, and the elements to be incorporated (pool, garden pavilion, terrace, pathways, lighting, and plantings).

Depending on the scope of the project, design mandates typically start at $4,500.

The design process generally spans 2 to 3 months, from the initial consultation to the final presentation. It includes site measurements, plan development, creative research, and digital modeling.

This approach allows us to ensure consistent quality and seamless result at every stage.

For a well-planned and successfully executed project, it is recommended to contact a landscaper 4 to 12 months in advance. This allows for a custom design tailored to your needs, as well as sufficient time to obtain the necessary permits.

For us, a well-designed project is one we have the time to envision, plan, and bring to life with care and creativity.

We carry out landscaping projects in both residential and commercial settings.

In both cases, we offer a complete service from design through to completion, ensuring cohesive, functional, and long-lasting landscapes.

Yes, it is entirely possible to carry out your landscaping project based on existing plans.

We can use your plans as a starting point. However, to ensure an optimal result that is perfectly suited to your space, a design phase is required. This includes reviewing the plans, taking on-site measurements, and making the necessary adjustments to ensure feasibility and overall project coherence.

This step is an integral part of our process and involves design fees, as it allows us to guarantee the quality and accuracy of the final result.

At Paysages Rodier, we do not offer design as a standalone service. Instead, we handle the entire process from design through to completion, giving our clients complete peace of mind.

Our process is built around guiding our clients through every stage of the project to ensure a cohesive, realistic result that stays true to the original vision. Design is therefore developed in direct connection with execution, taking into acount the site, technical constaints, and materials.

This allows us to ensure that the final landscape aligns perfectly with the original design plan.
