With training in landscape architecture (Université de Montréal and University of Adelaide) and horticulture (ITAQ Saint-Hyacinthe), David continues to drive the development and growth of the family business. Officially in his role since 2006, he has been actively contributing his vision and personal touch to the company since 2000.
In our team since 2007, Véronique’s training in horticulture (ITAQ St-Hyacinthe) and art, she applies her artistic talent and experience in landscape design to create projects tailored with precision to each client. When she takes on a project, she puts her heart into it as well, to the great benefit of the clients with whom she collaborates.
Marie-Pier has been part of the team since 2018. With her training in landscape architecture from Université de Montréal, she is well equipped to lead large-scale projects. She brings a strong creative side and excellent management skills, which she applies to every project under her responsibility.
A valued member of the team since 1987, Monic is the versatile professional every company would love to have, and the colleague everyone appreciates. From bookkeeping and customer service to project estimating, she demonstrates exceptional reliability and attention to detail.
A graduate of the PCHO program at the ITAQ in Saint-Hyacinthe, Geoffroy began as a field intern in the summer of 2017 before returning as a landscape designer in 2018. His positive attitude is contagious, and his analytical mind sometimes inspires us to rethink the way we do things. When it comes to design, his greatest strength is undoubtedly 3D visualization.
Francis took on the role of field operations supervisor in 2020. With a background in the electrical industry, he developed extensive expertise in installation, project management, and team supervision. Naturally curious, he quickly learned the ins and outs of our field. His attentive approach enables him to effectively connect clients’ needs with the realities of the job site and the team.
Manon has joined our team since 2024 and is often the first person you will speak with. She streamlines communications and operations to ensure exceptional service. With experience in information technology and coaching, she brings an innovative perspective to our company. Her commitment to efficiency strengthens our dedication to our clients.
Currently a student in the PCHO program at ITAQ Saint-Hyacinthe in Saint-Hyacinthe, Cassandra has joined our design team. She also has training in interior design. Determined and passionate, she keeps a close eye on the latest developments in materials. Her creative approach allows her to design unique and welcoming spaces.
With a background combining management, design, and landscape architecture, Marie-Ève uses her creativity and attention to detail to design harmonious and sustainable spaces. Curious and versatile, she now brings her expertise to a variety of projects at Paysages Rodier.
Sabrina brings creativity and a strong attention to detail to showcase our projects and bringing them to life visually. A graduate of HEC Montréal in Marketing, she combines empathy, adaptability, and an artistic eye to create authentic and engaging content. Passionate about photography and visual design, she helps highlight the expertise and craftsmanship of our team.
A landscape designer and project manager, Myriam stands out for her creativity and imagination. With a background in horticulture and theatre production, she designs outdoor spaces that reflect her clients’ needs. Her sense of humour brings a lively energy to the team.
With great rigor, Serge has been consistently present and dedicated since 1982. He draws on his strong field experience to skillfully lead his teammates and the subcontractors he works with. He serves clients with a natural respect that is noticed and greatly appreciated. He is fully capable of handling large-scale projects.
Guy has been with us since 1990 and has worked in nearly every field position—from labourer to general team leader, excavation team leader, and now carpentry team leader. His experience and resourcefulness make him a highly versatile colleague. Thanks to his mechanical knowledge, he also helps maintain our machinery fleet during the winter season.
He has been part of the team since the early 2000s. Now an excavation team leader, he has previously worked as a labourer and paving team leader, which makes him an excellent site preparer for the teams that follow. His attention to detail is both noticed and appreciated.
A member of the team since 2005, Patrice has experience in several aspects of landscaping, including paving, planting, maintenance, and lighting. He has a strong focus on finishing details, which is why he is often the last to add his touch to a project. His good mood is contagious.
David has been contributing to the realization of beautiful projects since 2008. He is now a truck driver and labourer on an excavation crew, and previously worked as a general team leader. Always attentive to both clients and his teammates, he brings extensive experience in working with inert materials.
Francis has been with the company since 2015. He holds a diploma in landscape construction from EPSH Saint-Hyacinthe. He is a team leader who is highly appreciated by his colleagues. He brings his good mood and positive attitude to work. He oversees projects of all sizes.
Since 2017, Benoit has excelled in various roles, always bringing boundless energy and a constant desire to contribute. What he enjoys most is direct contact with clients, providing impeccable and warm service. Proud to take part in unique projects, he is passionately involved in the exceptional transformation of our clients’ outdoor spaces.
Richard is an energetic man who brings his good mood to work. He has been actively contributing to projects within the company since 2015. The experience he has gained over the seasons is put to good use in the realization of the landscaping projects he is involved in.
A member of the team since 2013, Maryline holds a diploma in landscape construction from EPSH Saint-Hyacinthe. She is equally comfortable working as part of a team or independently managing job sites involving both hardscape (inert materials) and plant installations.
Patrick has been working with us since 2008 on one of the carpentry teams. He has more than a few tricks up his sleeve when it comes to working with wood and composite materials.
Pierre is a versatile worker with experience in several facets of landscaping. Initially part of the mini-excavation team, he now leads his carpentry team. He has been contributing to the creation of beautiful projects with us since 2004.
Maxime has been part of our team since 2018 and was promoted to team leader in 2023. Dedicated and attentive, he stands out for his commitment and team spirit. Creative and bold, he is always ready to take on challenges and enjoys exploring the original ideas that are presented to him. He strives to build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
Joined Paysages Rodier in 2021 and promoted to team leader in 2025, Cassandra stands out for her attention to detail and dedication. Passionate about her work, she enjoys seeing the tangible results of her efforts, especially when restoring the full beauty of outdoor spaces. She has a particular fondness for creating autumn and winter planting displays for our clients.
